CyberSource, a leading provider of Credit Card Processing for Business, Electronic Payment & Risk Management Solutions is acquired by Visa Inc. Today both companies have entered into a definitive agreement for Visa to purchase CyberSource for approximately $2.0 billion, paid with cash on hand.
